1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a gm77 account.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on gm77.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated funds held within a Player's gm77 Account, including both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins values, or other incentives awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotion, distinguished from real-money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" refer to Philippine e-wallet services operated by their respective providers, accepted as payment methods on gm77.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and other features accessible through the gm77 platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of gm77 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. gm77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents confirming your age at any time. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be terminated and all associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. gm77 is operated and marketed for use by players within the Philippines. Players accessing gm77 from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law. gm77 does not represent that its Services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may register only one gm77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by name, national ID, mobile number, GCash account, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited. gm77 reserves the right to suspend all linked accounts and retain all balances pending investigation where duplicate accounts are identified.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Verification. gm77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Acceptable identification includes Philippine government-issued IDs such as a valid Passport, Driver's License, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibility

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gm77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gm77 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify gm77 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. gm77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity on your gm77 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. You are liable for all transactions that occur under your account credentials, whether or not authorized by you, except where gm77 is found to have been negligent.

3.4 Non-Transferability. Your gm77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will void the account and any associated balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gm77 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). Payment methods available to any specific account may vary based on verification status and applicable limits.

4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits to your gm77 account must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from a GCash account, bank account, or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on gm77 is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may differ and are displayed in the gm77 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during standard banking hours. gm77 does not guarantee any specific processing time and is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. gm77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays. gm77 may also apply additional scrutiny to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that occur shortly after a deposit with no or minimal wagering activity, or that trigger internal fraud or money laundering monitoring thresholds.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on gm77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT transactions are converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by gm77. Exchange rate risk is borne by the player.

4.7 No Guarantee of Winnings. gm77 does not guarantee any winnings or returns on any game or bet. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators and/or live game outcomes as applicable. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Offer-Specific Terms. Each gm77 bonus, free spins offer, cashback promotion, or loyalty reward is subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside that offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds awarded to your gm77 account may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. Bets placed on excluded game categories (e.g., certain live dealer games or sports markets) do not count toward Wagering Requirement completion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. gm77 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, use of artificial wagering patterns (e.g., placing offsetting bets to generate turnover without genuine play risk), or collusion. Such activity may also result in account suspension.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, gm77 players may only participate in one promotional offer at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a Wagering Requirement from a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on gm77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any gm77 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game round, gm77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable game malfunction or software error will not be paid.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, variant, and player VIP tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface. gm77 may adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game decisions made by the dealer following established game rules are final. Late bets placed after the designated betting window closes will be rejected by the system. Any dispute regarding a live dealer outcome must be raised with gm77 support within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gm77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one gm77 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using gm77 to launder money in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with gm77 games or systems without prior written authorization from gm77.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or display errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker contexts.
• Using third-party payment instruments without authorization from the registered account holder of those instruments.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes against legitimate gm77 transactions without first raising the matter through gm77's official dispute resolution process.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players should only gamble with money they can afford to lose and should never use funds earmarked for essential expenses — rent, food, utilities, education, or family needs — to fund gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net gaming losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a defined period of continuous play.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours up to 30 days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Finality. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted and processed, gm77 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period will not be processed during the mandatory cooling-off window.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the gm77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall compilation and arrangement of materials — is the property of gm77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9.2 Limited License. gm77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any gm77 content without prior written authorization.

9.3 User-Generated Content. Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to gm77 may be used by gm77 freely without compensation or attribution to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. gm77 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gm77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, gm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the gm77 platform.

10.3 Cap on Liability. gm77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their gm77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Internet Connectivity. gm77 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, network interruptions, or device failures that affect your access to or use of the platform during a game session.

11 Disputes & Complaints

11.1 Internal Resolution. Any complaint or dispute regarding a gm77 transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account decision should first be raised through gm77's 24/7 live chat support. gm77 is committed to reviewing and responding to all legitimate complaints promptly and fairly.

11.2 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through live chat support within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate your complaint by contacting gm77 in writing at the official platform email address. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. gm77 will provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a properly filed escalation.

11.3 Game Round Disputes. Disputes regarding the outcome of specific game rounds must be raised within 24 hours of the completion of the relevant round. gm77 will review relevant game logs and, where possible, live dealer recordings. The decision of gm77's review team is final on such matters in the absence of demonstrable system error.

12 Amendments

12.1 Right to Amend. gm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gm77 will provide reasonable notice to players via platform notification, email, or a prominent notice on the gm77 website before the changes take effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gm77 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using gm77 and request account closure.

12.3 Version Control. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page and within the Table of Contents. All prior versions of the Terms are superseded by the current version effective from the date stated.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your gm77 account at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Prior to closing your account, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered GCash or other verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any outstanding liabilities you owe to gm77.

13.2 Termination by gm77. gm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• The player has been found to be under 21 years of age;
• gm77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• The account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months and the balance is zero.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure by either party, your license to use gm77 terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, dispute resolution procedures, and governing law — will continue to apply.

14 Governing Law

14.1 Philippine Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through gm77's internal dispute process, except where a dispute must be referred to a relevant gaming regulatory authority under applicable law.

14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gm77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings on the same subject matter.
